On behalf of the KahBang Film Festival, we would like to thank you so much for your submission. We are happy to inform you that your film has been selected to screen at the 2012 KahBang Film Festival. We received hundreds of excellent submissions and yours was among the best. We are very excited to have your film at the festival this summer and look forward to talking with you in the coming weeks.

Sincerely, The KahBang Film Festival

Man listen...We won an award for 1986 at the Urban Media Makers Film Festival and now we've been selected to screen at the 2012 KahBang Film Festival! Things are going pretty damn well and I'm so excited for Tony Reames, Tymm Hoffman, Nsil, and myself! We started from nothing and now we're starting to grow and pick up steam. God is good! That's all I'm going to say...

Spread Love,

Jahah x Centennial Park

Two days ago I had the chance to share the Wind Down Wednesday stage at Centennial Park with my little sister Miss CC LaFlor. I'm very thankful for the opportunity because there were hundreds of people out there watching and getting into what it is we do (CC and I).

CC was the headliner and I was simply a feature during her well put together set but I enjoyed every minute and made my presents felt. The rapper turned singer hit the stage with the young soulful queen of Atlanta (Miss CC LaFlor) and made noise! The crowd was wonderful! #Good times!

Anyhow, below I have some footage of the duet I sang with CC entitled "Jane Doe". Big up to Hollywood Kid who shot caught us in action via his iPhone! I owe you one bro bro!

Extra big thanks to my sister Miss CC LaFlor for allowing me to be a part of her special performance at Centennial Park. You made your mark baby!

Spread love!

Urban Lux Magazine x Jahah

Yesterday I had a photo-shoot with Urban Lux Magazine. I hadn't done a photo-shoot in awhile so I had a pretty good time getting re-familiar with all it takes to get a great shot.

Photographer Ish Holmes took the photo's with a Nikon D3 (which was pretty damn stellar) and lit the scenes to perfection. I was able to see a few of the stills after the shoot and was blown away. The Nikon D3 is definitely on point and is probably equivalent to the Canon 1D. Both are dope camera's!

Anyhow, the photo-shoot was for the cover of Urban Lux Magazines July issue. We don't know is going to make the cover until July 14th but the 5 of us who are up for the cover have a lot to be thankful for. Just being considered for the cover is an honor in my book. It means people are starting to recognize our talent(s) and applaud/respect us for all of our hard work. I look forward to to reading the July issue even if i'm not on the cover...I have a good feeling it's going to be dope!

Well, if you're nosy and/or interested in learning more about the mag'...hit http://www.urbanluxmagazine.com/ and to check out some of Ish Holmes work go to http://www.ishholmes.com/ and definitely peep his http://www.theatlantabrand.com/.
